What If I don't have a background? No experience in the workplace? No worries, the best idea here is to talk about your college life accomplishments. Internship, project experience and related aspects.

It should be meaningful and must explain your expertise at some level.

Don't say I didn't do much. Being down to earth and humble won't be helpful at all. At the same time, bragging and lies won't work.

The questions like this want some insight into your work examples. Go with specific examples that are quite relevant with your current job.

3.Don't Forget to Read Job Description

Interviewer will ask questions regarding requirements, which he already mentioned in the job ad. Spend 20 minutes and read job ads twice. Why? Well, this reading will refresh your memory and help you to strategize your interview answer based on job ads.

General answers to Bangladesh job interview questions won't work. I'm emphasizing on STRATEGIC ANSWERS as they allow you to put your foot in the door easily.

4.Prepare Job-Specific Answers

In the first round of interview, like the first 5-10 minutes, the interviewer will focus on you. Like who you are and all about your past work experience. In the next 10 minutes, you can expect very specific questions related to your job. 

For example, If you are a programmer then questions will be about languages JAVA, HTML, etc.

When you are a social media manager, it will be about writing a caption and hashtag value.

So, please focus on specific answers. You need to be well-versed about a particular subject, related to your job.

5.TEST Questions

Interviewers like to test your skills before they hire you. So, they would ask difficult interview questions or behavior interview questions. The purpose here is to test your stamina, skills, behavior, and other aspects.

Don't fret or lose your confidence. It's the time of keeping it all together.

In my personal experience, when you apply for a very demanding job or an executive job in  Bangladesh then the recruiter is more interested in your personality. That person will talk about your interpersonal skills, client value, overall business model and other aspects.

Therefore, you need to be ready to pass a quick test. If you are feeling uncomfortable, don’t give up. Play it cool and you will get through this.

6.Read Your Cover Letter and Application

IT’s good to keep a record of every proposal and application you send to an employer. So, when you get an interview call, you would be able to review it. Sometimes, the interviewer will ask questions from your cover letter. He wants to check whether you copy-paste the letter or make some effort.
